Welcome home 2012 John Macdonald Tournamnet Champions. You guys are great and deserve this title for all your hard work you put in to winning this tournament. You clearly showed when focused and putting in the effort, we are the team that needs respect. Looking forward with efforts like this we get focused on our remaining Tier 1 games and set our sights on the MD Championships.

Our first tournament is now behind us and we look back at a great weekend that was filled with excitement, good times and a little heart break. Overall we measure this weekend as a successful one as yes we didn't win it, but we leave thinking about how much we learned about ourselves, our team mates and our parent group. We learned that success can only be measured by the work in which we put into it. With the stiff competition we learned that we can't stop giving a 100% effort in a game, a period nor a shift and expect to be successful. Overall the boys played well as all of the games were only 1 goal differences and on behalf of the coaching staff we are proud of their accomplishments, we are #1.
