Title: Coaching Staff
Policy Statement:
Coaches shall select players based on the individual players ability, attitude, and will endeavour to teach all players individual and team skills, tactics, self-discipline and good sportsmanship.
All coaches are required to meet certification and screening procedures as identified by Hockey Canada, OHF, Alliance Hockey, and KMHA. Failure to do so will result in the coach's removal from participation in the KMHA program.
KMHA may not select a coach based upon the results of these certifications or screenings and reserves the right to select coaches as seen fit by the KMHA selection committee.
