Week of October 18th
Submitted By bobh on Monday, October 18, 2010
A hockey season can be broken down into segments. For us, the first segment of the season was preparing for and playing in two high profile tournaments in September. We are now in the second segment...getting ready for the start of our regular season, and getting off to a good start in our first few games of the regular season.

Monday Oct 18th we have a practice. Wednesday Oct 20th we have our first powerskating session. Friday we have a practice. Sunday is our first game! All the details are in our schedule.

We don't have dryland on Tuesday (Oct 19).

Remember players....practice like you would play in games. High tempo!
