We Believe!
We've hitched a ride on an unstoppable freight train - don't dust off the golf clubs yet boys...
This season has had it's ups and downs...we've been a team that experienced tons of growing pains, tough hard losses, gruelling suicide drills when things went wrong, ballistic pre-game talks, 6:30 AM practices. We've held our heads up high in the toughest defeats...we consoled ourselves at the darkest points of the season.
Somehow, a tiny spark ignited in the Junior Ranger dressing room...yes, we would try our best in the games leading to the playoffs. Play as a
team, win as a team; never give up against the toughest opponent. We ended up 8 - 3 - 1 in the 12 game round robin, and managed to beat the Waterloo Mountain Wolves 2 games to 0 in a best of three, even though we were heavily out-shot!
The Junior Rangers have made it to the finals! We know we are facing a fierce opponent in the finals, but there's a certain confidence in the air now...we know we can do it...we Believe!!!
