Lots of Goals and a 9-3 win
Team White travelled to the home of the Hamilton Spitfires on Sunday and skated away with a 9-3 win.
It was nice to see the back of the opposing net filled with pucks. Good things happen when you shoot the puck!
This was not our best team effort, despite the score. Our usual good passing game was not on display and most goals were scored as a result of great individual efforts.
Lucas got it started on a nice left wing dash, followed by 2 from Marko, Sam, Mad Dog, Smitty, Sam, Smitty and Mad Dog to round out the scoring. With all those goals only three assists were recorded going to Cole, Logan and Jared.
Congratulations to Lucas for his determined effort all game long and for winning the White Helmet for his great work.
Looking forward to seeing our great team game again in St. Catherines this weekend for the John MacDonald Tournament.
