Etobicoke "Pink the Rink" Silver Medalists
Congratulations to all the Kitchener Lady Rangers Midget B players and staff for a well deserved silver medal at the 2nd annual Etobicoke Dolphins "Pink the Rink" Tournament this past weekend.
On behalf of Glenn, Joanne, Mike, Tim and myself congratulations to all the ladies for a great weekend of hockey. You executed our systems of play, made good "choices and options" and worked hard through all five games of hockey. The final game was a pleasure to coach (and watch) as two good teams played hockey the way it is meant to be played! As we discussed pre-game, winning isn't everything but the effort to win is. We truly believe and appreciate the fact that you gave it your 100% effort!
You were great representatives of the City of Kitchener and earned a "well deserved" silver medal.
