Rangers Reach Semi-Final at Gold Puck Tournament
The Jr Rangers reached the semi-final in the Waterloo Gold Puck tournament this past weekend. There they faced-off with the eventual tournament champion Ottawa Jr 67s in a thrilling double overtime game that was the talk of the tournament.
On their way to the semi-final the Rangers defeated Brantford 4-0, Waterloo 5-1 and Guelph 3-1 in the round robin before dispatching Huron Perth 7-1 in the cross-over quarter final matchup.
Rangers resume regular season action in Waterloo Monday night.
