Here We Go!
Submitted By Trish Bentley on Tuesday, October 16, 2012
With only a few days left and having played only 3 games as a team, the ladies are gearing up to embark on their first tournament, The Etobicoke “Pink The Rink III”.  With their first game scheduled against a strong and talented Sudbury Lady Wolves, they are sure to have their work cut out for them, however, this group of young, eager and quickly progressing Novice Lady Rangers is sure to be a threat.

Many of the rookies….excited with the thought of travelling out of town to play in a tournament, filled the dressing room before and after our recent practices with an energy only one can hope for. Our returning 3 players add to the energy with the details of the hotel shenanigans and coolest part…staying in a hotel with a giant indoor waterslide!

To add to the excitement of the tournament The Lady Rangers Novice B team has been invited to participate in a shootout competition at the Mastercard Center Friday at 5:30 pm where our teams 3 veterans, Isabella, Jessica and Krista will represent the team with  knowledge and experience to what should be an exciting and entertaining moment for all!

Good luck on your first tournament ladies!!!
