On behalf of the 2012 / 2013 Bantam "AA" Coaching Staff, I wanted to say a sincere "thanks" to all those who attended our Spring tryouts.
On the 21st of April 2012, forty seven skaters and thirteen goalies attended our 2012 / 2013 Bantam "AA" tryout. Although the ice was full and the nets were crowded, we wanted to take a moment and thank all the ladies who took the time to "tryout". Attending "any" tryout is never easy but the function of "tryouts" in any sport is invaluable. The decisions made in going from forty seven skaters to fifteen and thirteen goalies to two were difficult. We know there were several "disappointments" and although getting cut is a reality for anyone playing competitive sports, we understand it still "sucks". We wanted everyone to know that we truly appreciated all your efforts. On behalf of the evaluation team and coaching staff wanted to again say "thanks" for coming to our tryouts. We wish you the best for the coming season.
