Semi-Finals Set
Kitchener Jr. Rangers Alliance semi-final opponent has been set.
The Kitchener Jr. Rangers AAA hockey club will face Chatham in the Alliance semi-finals with Kitchener holding home ice advantage.
These two evenly matched teams finished 1 point apart in the regular season. They faced each other twice over the course of the season and split their games with Kitchener winning 7-3 when the teams met at the Alliance Showcase in September and Chatham beating Kitchener 3-0 in the return match in November. Kitchener finished the season with 32 points and Chatham finished with 31 points.
To advance to the semi-finals Kitchener Jr. Rangers have defeated the Hamilton Huskies (3-0) and the Lambton Jr. Sting (3-2).
