MD Red Visits Quinn's Namesake Arena
It was the first visit of the season for the Jr. Rangers to the Parkdale Arena (named for long time NHL player/coach Pat Quinn) Saturday night. The team faced off against the Hamilton Spitfires for their first meeting of the schedule.
The game remained close but Rangers net minder #31 Justin M. kept Hamilton off the score sheet with solid play and an amazing toe save to preserve the shut out. Solid defence by #4 Nolan B. earned him player of the game honours for the squad and the team left the building grateful for the win.
Next up the Jr. Rangers head back down to Steel Town to face the Phantoms. Perhaps Mr. Quinn will be in attendance to greet the boys at his rink this time ;)

Go Rangers!
