The Lady Rangers got back into the win column on Saturday November 9 th with a 3 to 0 victory over a determined Wilmot Wolverine squad. The game was scoreless through the first period.
Maggie got things rolling with two goals in the second period (Calista and Jordan had assists). In the third period Madison added a goal (assist Alyssa). Skyla and Macy shared the shutout.
On Sunday the Lady Rangers were in Belmont to take on the Blazers. The Blazers got out to an early lead in the first period and never looked back. The Lady Rangers played tough in the second period, but could not put the puck in the net. The Blazers won 5 to 0.
The Lady Rangers are now off till next Sunday when they travel to Waterloo to take on the Ravens.
The Kitchener FallFest tournament is only two weeks away and the girls are looking forward to playing in their own home tournament.
The girls along with their parent's, friend's and families are working hard collecting food for the Kitchener Girls Hockey Day Food Drive.
