WELCOME & CONGRATULATIONS!
There are many topics to cover this early in our season but the first is most important; welcome to the team. Congratulations, you have been drafted to the KMHA Novice MD White representative team. You have showcased your talents on & off ice over the past few weeks earning a player position on the team. The coaching staff is looking forward to meeting everyone this Saturday for our first team meeting where you will get to formally meet all staff, understand our philosophies, objectives & methods for the season.
The team budget will be reviewed and a vote to pass will be recorded by a KMHA executive at our first team meeting (note: your family should receive an email this Thursday September 24th that outlines the proposed team budget for your review).
For our first game please arrive at the arena early, see Coach Chris in the change-room for game socks & jerseys, and be completely dressed (no helmet) and ready for a pre-game ‘chalk-talk’ by 4:50pm. For our first practice please be sure to have a white (light) and black (dark) jersey in your bag for this skate. Thank you all, in advance, for your efforts and patience while we work to get this season put together. For most, this is your 1st season at the representative level and typical to all new adventures are many questions. Please do not hesitate to contact Coach Jay with any questions.
REMINDERS:
1) Please ensure that you have reviewed (and submitted) the jersey assignment email to request size and numbers (you should have received an email from Coach Jay).
2) Please add yourself to our private TeamSnap website and update your profile (you should have received an email invite from Coach Dave).
