Great practice last night and it was good to see the entire team on the ice! There was energy both on and off the ice as we gear up for the Halton tournament.
Just a reminder for the players to hydrate up and to stay hydrated for the weekend. Also, at arrival, each player is required to sign in at the tournament desk before game play. And finally please arrive 45 mins early for a pre game team warm up.
