The COBRA's Continue To Play Hard
Last night's game showed COBRA perseverance and determination in an aggressive game against The Rock.  The boys worked hard to get those shots on net, and they did.  Moving strong into the final moments of the game with a tie 1-1, unfortunately the COBRA's were unable to finish ahead with a 1-3 loss.

It is impressive, to watch the COBRA's jump back into the seasonal play after their early January tourney, playing strong teams while experiencing the challenge of less than normal players due to vacation, illness and the Select tourney - yet keeping the scores throughout first and second periods very close.  This is a testament of how hard these boys are working, communicating with each other, making effective plays, and 'wanting it bad'.  This type of attitude is what all Coaches strive for all season long.

COBRA's - KEEP IT UP.  If the intensity of each player - mentally and physically continues, the team will learn and play better.  All the games have been intense, because the COBRA's hard work and efforts promise for a close and exciting game.  Good work COBRA's!

An important note about PRACTICES.  The COBRA's only have 2 practices left.  Full ice Friday February 16th, and a shared practice after.

**TRY YOUR BEST TO MAKE THESE PRACTICES - ESPECIALLY THE FULL ICE PRACTICE WHICH IS RARE AND CONSIDERED AN OPPORTUNITY.

Yes, 5pm is not easy for anyone but it is what it is.  Please consider car pool or make arrangements to get there.  If the whole team shows up, the practice drills are more effective for not only player development, but for team development.  Don't lose the opportunity if possible.
