Playing their fourth game in five days
the Midget “A” Lady Rangers travelled to Owen Sound to face the Ice Hawks.
Completing perhaps the toughest part of the season’s schedule, the ladies continued their solid play against a strong Owen Sound team. With many good chances both ways the ladies found the energy and continued to generate opportunity. With several timely saves, it looked like the next opportunity either way would be the winner. With just minutes remaining, some great determination provided the only goal of the game and the Lady Rangers came away with a hard earned two points.
It is great to see many of the things we practice coming into play. Your patience in utilizing good “time and space” along with the execution of many “choices and options” on every shift is a pleasure to watch. We know this has been a long stretch for you and appreciate how hard everyone has worked. Please remember the three "R's" as we head into next weekend.
