Wednesday's "Lessons of Life"
Choose whatever phrase you want, hopefully Wednesday’s “Lessons of Life” was not lost.

Juggling too many balls at the same time (too many things happening or competing for one’s attention at the same time) and being stretched too thin (to expend more time, resources or energy than one can maintain or sustain; too undertake too many activities at the same time), equals “somethings gotta give” (if you try to do too many things, a time will come when something will fail as your ability or resources will fail you).

Life remains a balance for all of us. Tonight was very “unbalanced” for many of you and your abilities and resources failed. Something had to give and tonight’s on ice performance was “given away”. While we try to respect your extra-curricular activities, as we discussed in Pittsburgh, hockey remains a “team” sport. We hope for the sake of the “team” that you don’t lose tonight’s lesson.
