2002 Graduating Players
Closure for a special period of a families lives together.
Just think, It’s hard to believe it’s been 13 years for some watching their son play a sport they love so much.A part of them will be sad that their minor hockey time is coming to an end, but I'm sure they would not trade that feeling for anything in the world.
There is such joy behind this sadness that makes it all worthwhile as a coach. As they make their way through the next chapter of their life, I know they will have so many memories to look back on and so many lifelong friendships to cherish.
I am so proud to be part of the journey even if it was for one year. These kids understand rules, respect and what it takes to be a team player.So at the end of it all, I know the parents wouldn’t trade the hundreds of hours spent in the rink and in the car.
Them and their boys will leave the game of competitive hockey this year, but the game will always be a part of their family.
