Homework - Week 10
Afternoon Rangers,
Nine weeks in and no one has missed any homework. Equally as impressing we have surpassed 70,000 shots and surpassed 7,000 minutes of stickhandling as a team!
This week's homework is as follows:
Shots:
Drag and Shoot - Minimum 500 shots.
Note: Goalies are welcome to participate to help toward the team total by either taking shot or stopping shots.
Touches:
Attack Triangle - Minimum 25 mins. and....
60 Second Touches, twice per day and send me your personal best at the end of the week.
Hand Eye Coordination:
Goalie Stance Release Grab - Minimum 50 mins.
