End of Tryouts and Tomorrows Game VS Woodstock
First, myself and the coaching staff would really like to take this opportunity to thank all players for their hard work and dedication this tryout season, every player really showed us their love for the sport of hockey and no hard work went unnoticed and it is greatly appreciated. We would also like to thank all families for their support on and off the ice throughout this busy time.

We also would like to take this opportunity to formally offer congratulations to all players who have been selected for the U15 seeded team. We know this is going to be a great season and can't wait to officially get on the ice as a team!

Tomorrow's game in Woodstock will be at 6:15 at the Southwood Arena (Woodstock District Community Complex). There is some conflicting information on what time we will be allowed into the rink so I have emailed the coach to check and will post an update when I have one so please check back later!
I do know that per Ontario's vaccine requirements all players and spectators need to bring proof of vaccination and a piece of I.D to enter the rink.
For now we still are asking players to come dressed in Khakis and a collared shirt with no specific requirement for shoes.

Thank you again to everyone and we are so excited to officially kick of the season tomorrow in Woodstock.

********UPDATE*********
Woodstock has reached back out and has sent the following instructions:
Arena will let players in 15 minutes before game time. Each player can only be accompanied by 2 family members all of which must show proof of vaccination if applicable. When we get to the arena we will have to go to a designated COVID sign in table where we will have to show proof of vaccination and provide contact tracing information, because of the time this might take we are recommending players come 30 minutes before game time. The coach has said they sometimes let players in early depending on traffic in the arena so maybe even coming 30-40 minutes early might be a good idea but only if that would work for you. If we are only given 15 minutes in the dressing room it might be a good idea for players to come at least partially dressed for play but if players feel confident they can get ready in 15 minutes I will leave that choice up to you to decide.

So many protocols it can be hard to keep up but I think that's all, please send me an email if I forgot to mention anything or if you have anymore questions,
Thanks everyone
