The Lady Rangers faced the Saugeen Maitland Lightning at
home in their first meeting of the season.
After a week with some sub-par practice performance, the Lady Rangers iced a full team for only the second time this season. A strong first two periods had the ladies “escaping, regrouping and utilizing F3” on most shifts. The first “PP” attempt of the season showed some good patience, puck movement and promise in games to come.
Tied at “zero” heading into the break, the ladies held on in the third and now have points in their last two games. The drills in practice all have game applications. Your continued “practice” in the execution of these concepts will certainly make the game flow for all.
