SUPERDEKER  Hockey Shooting game, keep order, help players choose right size stick   Saturday and Sunday 9am - 4pm
 CHANGE ROOMS SIGNS,
VOLUNTEER SIGN IN,
TEAM GREETINGS
Each game put change rooms signs on doors, sign-in volunteers, greet teams and hand out Take-Away Bags   Friday 3pm - 8pm, Saturday and Sunday 7:15am - 4pm
 BUCCANEER COVE,
THE QUIET CAVE
Buccaneer Cove- Where players’ siblings and players can come enjoy playing board games, colour, play with toys, or just have a place to go during the tournament, any child under 8 years of age will need to be accompanied by an adult.
The Quiet Cave- Where players/ families can go to escape the noise, it is to be kept at a low level, only quiet time activities allowed, it will be unsupervised, however, you will just check in to keep order

 FISH POND Must be over 19 to vounteer here. Dealing with money- able to make change. Watch over prizes, match tickets with prizes   Saturday and Sunday 11 am - 4pm
 BBQ Barbequing food and handing out food, keep order, accept donations   Saturday and Sunday 10am -2pm
 BBQ PREP Players Only  Friday 3:30pm- 5pm 
 THANK YOU CARDS  Able to handwrite efficently, we will have a blurb for you to write in cards Sunday 11:30am - 2pm 
 TAKE-AWAY BAGS Putting Take-Away Bags together for teams  Friday 3:30pm- 5pm 
 TIME KEEPING/
MUSIC
Keep time, score and play music between games and stop time   Friday 3pm - 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 5pm
 CERTIFIED REFEREE Must be a Certified Referee with Hockey Canada   Friday 3pm - 9pm, Saturday and Sunday 8am - 5pm

At various times throughout the year, the Ice Pirates and/or Kitchener Minor Hockey may want to use various materials/sites to promote teams’ information, tournaments, and encourage communication through a message board. The team website and Facebook/ Instagram/ Twitter groups/pages are monitored. However the monitor and the Kitchener Minor Hockey Association together assume no responsibility for items posted on the message board and cannot prevent someone from posting a picture of a player or a volunteer onto the Internet. Participants should also understand the Internet can be viewed by anyone, anywhere in the world, thus making the image(s) and names very public. The Ice Pirates and/or Kitchener Minor Hockey occasionally names and photos for authorized marketing purposes, in team brochures and banners, and for other publicity events. The Ice Pirates and/or Kitchener Minor Hockey will also do their best to ensure all names and photos taken are not placed in any unauthorized newspaper or magazine. However, we often do not have control over this and thus do not assume responsibility for any articles or pictures printed.
