Two Payment Option - Payment Plan: First payment of $300.00 due upon registration. Balance due no later than August 31, 2012. NOTE: Online payment will credit FULL amount - please forward cheques or visit the office if two payment option selected.
If you played hockey with another Organization last season, please contact the Office to initiate a Transfer - 519-579-2229 ext 203 and speak to Janet.
If you have just moved or are moving to Kitchener from another City, please fill out a Residential Move Form.doc and submit to KMHA office.
Family Discount - 3 Players or more - $50.00 for the third child and each child after
Should you have a child registered under both the Boys and Girls Online Registration system, the office will apply the Family Discount rebate accordingly. Please email the office at [email protected] with your children's information
Refund Policy
Any refund requests after December 1, 2012, must be accompanied by a doctor’s certificate stating player will be unable to play the remainder of the current season. AFTER January 10. 2013, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. A cancellation fee of $50 may be charged to any refund request.
