REGISTER & PAY ONLINE THE FULL AMOUNT OR PAY FULL AMOUNT BY SENDING A CHEQUE ACCOMPANIED BY A PRINTED COPY OF THE INVOICE TO THE KMHA OFFICE. (TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THE DISCOUNT, THE CHEQUE MUST BE RECEIVED AT THE OFFICE PRIOR TO AUGUST 15, 2012.)

YOU MAY REGISTER ONLINE BUT PAYMENT MUST BE SENT VIA TWO CHEQUES ACCOMPANIED BY A PRINTED COPY OF THE INVOICE. THE FIRST CHEQUE ($300/PLAYER - if there were two players the first cheque would be $600.00) MUST BE DATED THE DAY OF THE REGISTRATION, WITH THE SECOND CHEQUE (BALANCE OWING) FOR NO LATER THAN AUGUST 31, 2012.
Family Discount - 3 Players or more - $50.00 for the third child and each child after
Should you have a child registered under both the Boys and Girls Online Registration system, the office will apply the Family Discount rebate accordingly. Please email the office at [email protected] with your children’s' information
Refund Policy
Any refund requests after December 1, 2012, must be accompanied by a doctor’s certificate stating player will be unable to play the remainder of the current season. AFTER January 10. 2013, THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS. A cancellation fee of $50 may be charged to any refund request.
