Kitchener Jr. Rangers Novice MD Blue traveled to the Bradford Blue and Gold Tournament this past weekend. It was a time for the players and families to bond and get better acquainted with one another before beginning their new challenge...playing in Tier 1!
In round robin play, Kitchener went 3-0 with 18 goals for, and 0 goals against, defeating Stratford, Georgina and Ajax. In the semi finals, Kitchener went up against Ajax for a second time, winning 9-1. The finals saw the Rangers facing off against Stratford. The boys dominated the play ending the game with a 3-0 victory and becoming the tournament Champs!
