Wow ladies! What a fun weekend of hockey to kick-off
the 2016-17 season!
The coaching staff is very impressed with how hard everybody
is working and we are already seeing significant improvements.
At Friday night practice we saw some great speed on your backward skating, improvements on our fore-check and hockey stops and cheered each other on in our shoot-out. This effort rolled over into both our games with two goals on rebounds! A lot of fantastic saves were made by our goalies! Significant improvements were made on our fore-check and some great back checks! Sounds like a recipe for success. Coach Lauren may run out of prizes! See you Monday night! Coach Chris
