Why Saturday will be an awesome day!
Hey guys - 2 great games on Saturday - we can't wait!
Why is the game against the Otters going to be so great? Well, lets look at the stats:
Otters wins = 10
Generals wins = 10
Otters goals for = 52
Generals goals for = 50
Otters goals against = 39
Generals goals against = 39
Otters points (1st place) = 25
Generals points (3rd place ) = 21
Wow, those are some tight numbers. We're up for a huge fight against the Otters. But - here's what the Generals got going for us this Saturday:
1. we lost bad last Saturday, and will want to redeem ourselves against the 1st place team
2. we (hopefully) have a full roster of healthy players
3. we play at 10 AM (we have never lost at 10 - we're 4 & 0 at 10 AM!)
4. Tommy has been growing his lucky Eddie Shack sideburns
So let's give the Otters the fight of the season.
Saturday will also be awesome because we have the Wellesley Heritage Classic at night - should be a blast. It's a Generals Double Header!
