A quick update from KMHA and news on our upcoming tournaments

Update from KMHA
All KMHA hockey programming will be on pause from Jan 5th until at least Jan 26th while arenas are closed. KMHA will take that time to work with their governing bodies and facility partners to determine the best plan for returning to hockey, and what that means for players and parents. Tournaments
As we indicated in Episode 11, we knew tournaments might be in jeopardy given the substantial increase in cases. Regrettably, both the Oshawa Cup and the West London tournament have been cancelled. HTG Sports and Sports Travel are dealing with cancelling our room reservations as well as refunding tournament fees.
To avoid confusion, we ask that you do not reach out to Sport-Travel or either of the hotels to cancel as this will be taken care of as part of the group cancellation in both cases.
During the lock-down period, no in-person activities will be permitted. This might be a good time to slide in our next Zoom coaching session, but more details to follow. Kids might be fatigued with the on-line learning, so we’ll play it by ear as the next few weeks unfold.
