Another Big Win
Hello Platers fans! It's a good day in Platersville, with a huge win over the Generals. The team battled hard through two scoreless periods, both our goalies making key saves to keep us in it.
Finally, almost half way through the third, Alex Petrenko broke the tie with his 15th goal of the season! With both linemates crashing the net, he slid the puck through and gave us the lead. Assists went to both Aiden and Carter for going to the net and putting pressure on the goalie.
Four tense minutes later Alex scored again with a great shot, beating the goaltender low stick side. Charlie gets the assist for clearing the puck out to him.
A minute later Noah iced the win, finishing an exciting end to end rush with a pretty deke and a smooth backhand goal.
Congratulations to Matt and Caleb for a well-deserved shutout!
