PrintPolice Checks - Volunteers
All KMHA Bench Staff and Volunteers are to have an up to date Police Check (Vulnerable Sector Check).  Your Police Check is valid for a period of 3 years.  You can check your Police Check status in your eHockey profile on the Hockey Canada site - CLICK HERE

If you require an updated police check, please go online and request your Vulnerable Sector Check. The current fee for Police Checks for Volunteers is $20.00.  ** You must specify you are a volunteer on your request to get the $20 rate.  This fee will be reimbursed for KMHA Volunteers.  Please submit your payment receipt to [email protected]

Once your Police Check is ready, you will receive an email to pick it up at the location you selected. Once you pick it up, you need to submit your completed police check to the KMHA office.

If you are notified that you require fingerprinting to complete your check, you can book that appointment online as well.  KMHA can provide a fingerprinting letter to our volunteers, they will waive the fingerprinting cost.  Please contact us if you require a fingerprinting letter.
