KMHA is saddened to share the passing of Will Sommers
It is with a heavy heart and great sadness that we share the passing of Wilbert  Sommers former KMHA President (1979 - 1982) and current Life Member. Will passed away on January 1st at the age of 95. Will was an emphatic supporter of the youth of KW and an extraordinary human being that worked tirelessly to grow and develop the game of Hockey.

Toyota also sponsors the Toyota Challenge featuring teams from the region in competition and the opportunity to travel to Japan. The Toyota Hockey Challenge consists of round robin competition amongst top Kitchener, Waterloo & Cambridge teams, with the top two teams then competing in a one-game show down that will determine the team to represent the Tri-Cities in a once-in-a-lifetime cultural exchange to Japan.
