Volunteers Needed
The KMHA Development Program is looking for volunteers to assist with its Lady Rangers Local League Development program. 

Starting January 2025 KMHA is seeking on ice volunteers to assist in teaching skills to female players U11 to U13 in the KMHA development program on Mondays from 5pm to 7pm. Location will be Lions arena.

- Volunteers will act as instructors leading (KMHA provided) drills and supporting player development.

- Volunteers are required to wear skates, helmets and gloves and need to complete the Respect in Sport program and have a valid VSC on file with the OHF. (KMHA pays for this training and screening once completed and submitted to KMHA)

- Volunteers will encourage player success both physically and mentally

- Volunteers will provide feedback to players for their growth

- Volunteers will provide feedback to the program to support future player development.
