Jr. Rangers Capture International Silver Stick U18 AA Championship
The Jr. Rangers delivered a memorable performance at the International Silver Stick tournament, showcasing resilience, character, and championship-level composure from start to finish  The weekend opened strong with a perfect Friday, as the Rangers went 2–0 to set the tone.

Facing a must-win scenario, the Rangers responded with one of their strongest efforts of the tournament, earning a 3–0 shutout over Sarnia to secure a semifinal berth. The performance highlighted the group’s determination and ability to rise when it mattered most.

Sunday’s semifinal against the Milton Menace delivered high drama. In a back-and-forth contest, the Rangers showed their resolve, battling through momentum swings and ultimately finding a way to win after being shorthanded in overtime on goal from Redden Hart to punch their ticket to the championship game.

The final set the stage for a rematch with Whitby, who had edged the Rangers 2–1 earlier in the tournament. Fueled by that loss, the Rangers delivered a disciplined, focused effort when it counted most, earning a 2–0 shutout to claim the title. Cohen Merli and Hayden Fillier had the goals, and Matt Leith was outstanding in net.
