KJR U12 AA Win Silver at Halton Hills Winter Classic
Congratulations to the Kitchener Jr. Rangers U12 AA team on earning the silver medal this past Sunday, February 9th, at the Halton Hills Winter Classic. The team put together an impressive weekend of hockey, showing determination, strong teamwork, and resilience in every game.
In the championship final, the boys battled hard for the gold, taking the game all the way to 3‑on‑3 overtime before falling to Woolwich in a tight, hard‑fought finish. Their effort and composure in such a high‑pressure moment showed just how far they’ve come this season.
Coaches and parents are incredibly proud of the heart these young athletes displayed throughout the tournament. They competed with character, represented the Jr. Rangers program with pride, and proved they can go toe‑to‑toe with anyone.
