KMHPA Application

The KMHPA is a group of players selected from our participants to provide leadership and a voice to the players. To Apply for the Kitchener Minor Hockey Players Association (KMHPA) please complete the following application. Applications will be available until Jan 4th. 8 to 11 Players will be selected.
