Hockey Beginnings
Helps develop young players skating and puck skills. The player must be able to be self-sufficient (without a parent or skating aid) on the ice in order to participate in this program.  KMHA offers 10week classes in the Fall and Winter.

All Leagues listed below are under the Minor Hockey Alliance of Ontario

House League/Recreational

A community oriented Minor Hockey program structured to provide development and competition at a recreational level. BE A PART OF OUR TEAM!

House League / Select Hockey
A category of minor hockey which in order to be eligible, a player must be registered with a recognized (sanctioned) house league organization and accordingly be an active participant in the corresponding house league in a recognized (sanctioned) schedule of house league programming.  All age divisions of house league from U9 to U18 are eligible to form a “House League Select Team” to participate in Hockey Canada sanctioned exhibition games and tournaments.

Boys Representative Hockey
KMHA's Rep Program was developed to allow for the potential development of a hockey player at the highest level of competition and at the caliber most suited to the individual hockey player's needs, abilities and desires.   “To encourage players to uphold the three principles during their time of competition, and to become fine young adults, contributing to the community after their playing involvement is over”.

Representative Minor Development (MD)
A category of minor hockey which defines teams that participate at a level above an ALLIANCE Select team but lower than a team categorized as "A" hockey.  Minor Development players do not participate in a House League Program.

Representative Seeded Division (A/AA
This league is made of AA and A teams under the ALLIANCE.  The league “reseeds” at the approximate mid-point of each season into Constellation (AA) and Bristol (A) Divisions.

Representative Hockey (AAA)

Refers to the highest caliber of “representative hockey”  under the ALLIANCE.
