The minimum length of time in Red was determined to be 28 days. The 28 day mark is quickly approaching and it does not appear that we will be moving to Orange at this time. You will notice that future schedules into January will be changed to reflect programming in RED. This does not mean KMHA will remain in RED that long. It simply is a reflection of the ease to adjust program scheduling to larger groups then it is to change to smaller groups.
Should KMHA be informed we are moving from RED to either Grey (Lockdown) or Orange or better in the framework KMHA will communicate to you via e-mail and on our website. We will amend the programming schedules to reflect these updates.
Please check your emails each Friday as that is the day when the Government adjusts Public Health Units along the Framework. Today’s announcement from the Province has not yet happened and as such you will hear from us again today should the colour code we are in be changed.
If you are looking for help in interpreting the Framework, or it’s rules and guidelines under COVID 19 please use the following resources.
