OHF Approved Vulnerable Sector Checks (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

The OHF (Ontario Hockey Federation) must now approve all volunteers' Vulnerable Sector Checks.  KMHA (and all Minor Hockey Associations) and not able to approve the checks themselves anymore.

Steps to complete:

  1. Use a Vulnerable Sector Check completed in the last 2 seasons, or obtain a new one (the Vulnerable Sector Checks are good for 3 seasons)
  1. Contact the office for your Hockey Canada ID, if you don’t know it, as you will need this to submit the check.  Your Hockey Canada is found in Spordle.  Those with our "Alliance" or co-ed leagues will use this system often.  Those with our OWHA or Lady Rangers leagues can contact the office for their Hockey Canada ID.

  2. Use this link to submit the vulnerable sector check and answer declaration questions
  1. Let the office know when complete, so we can follow up in Hockey Canada on your behalf.
