Kitchener Rangers - Ice Level Insiders

Location: Kitchener AUD
- Please arrive at the arena at least 45 minutes before game time. For 7:00 PM games,
please arrive at 6:15.
- You can enter The Aud through any entrance and proceed to the event level behind
section 1. Please use staircase 25 and/or 26 behind section 1 on the main concourse to
reach the event level. Once at the base of the stairs, please make your way to the left
towards the blue curtain. A set of directions will be provided in a separate document. We
encourage you to share this with each family.
- A member of our Game Operations Team will be present to assist you.
- Once warm-up is completed, groups must leave the penalty box area and proceed to their
seats. Watching the game from event level is prohibited.
- Two coaches are permitted to walk with the participants to the penalty box area.
