Dryland Training, Team Calendar, U6 Attack, HL-U6, HL (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

We’re excited to offer each U6 team an opportunity to take part in dryland training at the boxing club.  Rick will be leading the sessions, putting the kids through a fun mix of exercises and routines designed to build fitness, coordination, and endurance.

Please have your player bring running shoes and gym clothes for this activity.  Participation is optional, and parents are welcome to watch from the upper viewing area.  The cost $5 per player.
