Big win today!
Hello Platers fans!
Two solid efforts the past two weeks has evened our record to 2-2-2.
The boys are starting to play more like a team, making passes and helping each other battle for pucks.
Congratulations to Aiden Godron with his first hockey point today! Nice headman pass to Alex Petrenko who took it up and scored!
Congrats also to Troy Lehman with his first goal of the season! He followed Alex Hanlon's hard shot on goal and buried the rebound. Good things happen when you go to the net!
Special mention also to Noah Wagner for scoring the first Platers goal and Ben Pettigrew with his second assist in two games! Noah's goal was unassisted and Ben's assist came on Alex P.'s second goal. He battled hard for the puck and sprung it loose for Alex. Way to go boys!
Next up are the Spitfires early Sat morning. Look out Spits, the Platers are coming!
