I have sent to everyone, in an e-mail, the information to either go on-line or call to book your room. I have 16 rooms in total put aside for our team. You must register a room in your name with a credit card. These rooms will only be available until Jan 18th. After this date, they will be open to other teams and people. When the rooms are gone, I most likely will not be able to reserve more. So register sooner than later if you will be staying over night. If you require the information again, please let me know and I will forward it to you.
