Canadian Olympian CHERIE PIPER:
Cherie Piper (born June 29, 1981) is a Canadian former ice hockey player residing in Markham, Ontario. She was a member of the Canadian national women's hockey team and played for the Brampton Thunder of the Canadian Women's Hockey League (CWHL). Piper has won three Olympic gold medals with the Canadian national team in 2002, 2006 and 2010, as well as one world championship title in 2004.
Cherie will be out instructing all the girls that register for the Try Girls Hockey Program.
This is a FREE program that will start at 2:00 pm @ Activa Sportsplex. Come out meet Cherie and Celebrate Girls Hockey!
There will be a Special Guest present to drop the puck at all of our games on January 22, 2017. Successful Women from all walks of life including, politics, entertainment, and from our business community.
