Bantam - OWHA #2711, 2019-2020, B (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

Our season finished with off with our last 2 games being 1 goal away from advancing to the provincial weekend.  The 3 way tie at 5 points each for the 2nd provincial spot shows that the teams were closely matched. Our entire team kept a positive can do attitude, recognized our areas to develop and worked together to improve in practice and games.  These 17 Kitchener girls played with good sportsmanship and the overall character of this team is something our coaching staff is proud to be a part of.

The girls had a great weekend of FUN and HOCKEY.  They earned a Silver Medal at the Pink in the Valley Tournament.  They also created a lot of memories off of the ice.  A special thanks to one of our Trainers, Lorraine, for putting together a evening of games for the ladies.  Lots of laughs were had by everyone, parents included.

The 2019-2020 season kicked off to a great start last weekend in Niagara Falls.  The girls played seven games and developed as a team every game they played.  The coaching staff is looking forward to developing this team both on and off the ice as teammates and players.
