Phase 2 - Stage 2 - Starting July 20th

The Ontario Hockey Federation has provided the Return to Hockey Framework.  This literature provides the outline for the different phases to return to the ice under this umbrella.  The minor hockey associations (MHAs) under the Alliance and OWHA are now able to create programming under Phase 2 Stage 2  - Group Development Programming (see section 11 Appendix C of RTH) to be implemented with the cooperation of the MHA's local municipality.  For further explanation or definition for any of the terms, please follow this link to the Alliance website - Click Here

KMHA is excited to announce we are currently working with the City of Kitchener regarding all the protocols for Phase 2 Stage 2 while our on ice training program is being created by Dean DeSilva.  Dean was the KMHA Director of Development for 3 years, the Head Coach for our Kitchener Minor Midget AAA Club for 7 years and most recently Assistant Coach for the WHL Vancouver Giants.  Dean is in the final stages of becoming a Hockey Canada Licensed Development Specialist.

Stage 2 - Development sessions registration will be available in the next few days

Stage 2 programming will begin the week of July 20th.  Please continue to follow our website for updates.
