KMHA skills is offering positional specific sessions for the week for forwards and defense.  

Within these sessions players will work on skills that are position specific and benefit the player with and without possession of the puck.        The skills will enhance the players hockey awareness, hockey IQ and physical skills.  They will gain confidence allowing them to make plays while under pressure, read situations on the ice and understand what their options and the ability to make plays in different situations. 

Goalies are welcome to register too!
