When: 5-6 pm.
What to Bring: Bring your hockey equipment; helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, and gloves . If you have Lacrosse gear to wear and lacrosse stick, please bring them.
Wear shorts, bring your water bottles, and running shoes.
Lacrosse sticks will be provided if you don't have your own.
