Lady Rangers U15B are once again
GOLDEN competing in the Cambridge Roadrunners New Years Challenge and claiming their second tournament victory of the 2023/24 hockey season.
The ladies went 5-0 this past weekend bringing home their 2nd tournament gold medal. This was a complete team effort with everyone contributing to this championship victory. We were able to jump out to early leads in every game and keep the opposition at bay from there. The forwards were grinding it out in the offensive zone and backchecking in the defensive zone. The entire defense unit, when not contributing offensively locked everything down and with our superstar between the pipes we only gave up 4 goals against over the 5 games with two shutouts, one of which being in the championship final. Words cannot describe how proud the coaching staff is of these ladies and how they have come together as a team and battle for each other game in and game out.
