OWHA Representative (Kitchener Minor Hockey)

Our U13A athletes are collecting donations for Marillac Place throughout the 2021 Fallfest Tournament. 

Jessie Gross is like every other Lady Ranger. She loves her Hockey, her team mates and her family. For years she played the game we all love until her health took a turn. Wanting to battle with courage like Hockey has taught her she soldiered on like the warrior she is; but now she needs your help. Jessie needs a living Kidney transplant. We would ask that you read this note put together by her family and consider helping a member of our Hockey family that needs it. 

Welcome back to Hockey Ice Pirate Players and families.   At this time KMHA and its Ice Pirate program are very happy to provide some details around program start up.  Junior, Intermediate and Senior teams will be heading to the ice after thanksgiving in October. Registration for these levels is now open. Each team will have modified safety protocols that will be shared with every family before coming to the rink. We ask that you make yourself and or your player aware of the changes and be prepared to participate in the safety practices for everyone’s shared well-being.

All U7 (Initiation), U9 (Novice) and U11 (Atom) players within Hockey Canada programming will be playing the entirety of next hockey season with the implementation of the U11 (Atom) Player Pathway.   Starting in the 2020-2021 season minor hockey players, including those in the Ontario Hockey Federation’s Member Partners ALLIANCE, GTHL, OMHA, NOHA and the OWHA will be following the U11 (Atom) Player Pathway.
