To Register for Tryouts, please submit this form and then register for your tryout package in RAMP. RAMP is the OWHA's system. You must fill out this form and Register in RAMP to complete your registration. Once this form is submitted, you will be directed to the RAMP website.

Registrants are only guaranteed the first 2 (two) hours at any tryout level.

KMHA has the right to refuse a tryout registration.

All non-KMHA registrants for the 22/23 season, must also complete & submit the Non-KMHA (for 22/23 Season) Hockey History Form
